This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through latexelle.com. Latexelle is operated by Vibe Wear LLC d/b/a Latexelle.

At Latexelle, every piece is made to order and individually crafted. Each garment is produced specifically for you to help ensure quality, fit, finishing, and a premium latex appearance.

Production And Fulfillment Location

Latexelle is a U.S. business operated by Vibe Wear LLC d/b/a Latexelle. Our business/registered office is in Wyoming, United States. Some products are handmade, produced, quality checked, packed, and dispatched through our production and fulfillment center or production partners outside the United States.

The location of our production or fulfillment center is not a retail storefront and is not the same as our business/registered office or our return processing center. Shipping estimates shown on this page include the time required after dispatch from the applicable fulfillment location.

Order Processing And Production Time

All items are custom-made or made to order. Production time typically takes about 4 weeks before dispatch.

This includes pattern preparation, handcrafting, finishing, quality inspection, and packaging.

Please note that products are made individually, and production time may vary slightly depending on design complexity, size customization, material availability, and order volume.

If a product page shows a different production time, the production time shown on that product page will apply.

Shipping Time After Dispatch

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 7-15 business days after dispatch
Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia: 8-18 business days after dispatch
Other international destinations: 10-25 business days after dispatch

Shipping time begins after production is completed and the package has been dispatched. Delivery may be faster or slower depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and logistics conditions.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Because many items require production before shipment, estimated total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

For U.S. standard shipping, most orders are estimated to arrive about 5-7 weeks after order confirmation, including production and shipping time.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using reliable international courier services. The shipping carrier may vary depending on destination, package type, service availability, and logistics conditions.

All orders include tracking information once dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Free discreet standard shipping is available on orders over $199. For orders under $199, standard shipping is $9.90 USD.

Shipping rates and available shipping methods are shown at checkout before payment. Any promotions such as free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when available.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available for some destinations at checkout. If express shipping is selected, it applies to transit time after dispatch and does not remove the production time required before shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 2-5 business days to update after dispatch or after the package is handed to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, unavailable, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact support@latexelle.com immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after production or shipment has started.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Checkout Total And Additional Fees

The product price and any shipping fee shown at checkout are the final amount charged by Latexelle. We do not add hidden taxes, handling fees, service fees, or other extra charges after checkout.

If a destination country, customs authority, carrier, or local government separately applies an import charge, duty, tax, VAT, brokerage fee, or similar charge outside of our checkout, that charge is not collected by Latexelle and may be governed by local law. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about delivery to your country.

Delays

As all products are handmade or made to order, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to material availability, high order volume, production complexity, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Cancellations And Changes

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 48 hours after purchase, before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified, especially for custom measurement, custom color, personalized, or made-to-order items.
